Mr. Dyer has practiced law in Indianapolis for over 37 years. He has served as a Marion County Deputy Prosecutor, a Consumer Advocate with the Indiana Utility Consumer Counselor's Office, General Counsel for the Indiana State Medical Association, and an Administrative Law Judge for the Indiana State Department of Health. Mr. Dyer has also been a frequent speaker in the area of Elder Law.

Mr. Dyer concentrates his practice on the rapidly expanding area of Elder Law. His Elder Law practice focuses on Estate Planning, Nursing Home Planning and Asset Protection to avoid the unnecessary loss of family assets for nursing home care, and the use of Revocable Living Trusts to avoid probate costs and minimize Estate taxes.

Mr. Dyer is a member of the Trust, Estate, Probate, and Elder Law Sections of the Indiana State Bar Association, Indianapolis Bar Association, National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
